博物馆藏品是国家的文化财富,受国家法律保护。因之,对入藏的文物、标本,必须办理好登记手续,建立藏品总登记账。随着现代科学的发展,藏品电脑化管理的实行,必须首先解决藏品管理工作的标准化、科学化问题,诸如藏品的定名、定级、分类、登记、编目、建档、计件与统计等。在这诸项工作中,计件与统计是藏品管理的基础,也是目前亟待解决的问题。对此,笔者试就浅作探讨,以就教于同仁。 Museum collections are the country’s cultural wealth, protected by national law. Therefore, the possession of cultural relics, specimens, registration procedures must be handled properly, the establishment of collections total registration. With the development of modern science, the computerized management of collections must first solve the problems of standardization and scientization of collections management, such as the naming, grading, classification, registration, cataloging, archiving, counting and counting of collections. In these various tasks, piece counting and statistics are the basis of the collection management and also the problems to be solved urgently. In this regard, I try to discuss shallow to teach in my colleagues.
