近些年来,海河流域水土流失治理工作发展迅速,生态建设效果日益显著。同时,信息技术的发展对水土保持监测工作也起到了前所未有的推动作用。因此,有必要也有可能尽快建立海河流域水土保持监测网络和全流域水土流失状况数据库,实现动态监测和信息定期更新,为生态建设管理提供优质服务。
In recent years, the harnessing of soil and water loss in the Haihe River Basin has been developing rapidly and the effect of ecological construction has become increasingly evident. At the same time, the development of information technology has also played an unprecedented role in promoting soil and water conservation monitoring. Therefore, it is necessary and possible to set up a monitoring database of soil and water conservation in the Haihe River Basin and a database on soil and water loss in the whole basin as soon as possible so as to achieve dynamic monitoring and regular updating of information, and provide excellent services for ecological construction management.
