目的观察改良的Devine术在治疗隐匿性阴茎中的效果。方法本组18例,年龄8～14岁,均采用改良Devine手术矫正。结果18例患儿切口均一期愈合。术后全部患者得到随访,术后当日及3个月时,阴茎显露满意,包皮自然上翻,无狭窄环,阴茎头裸露,无阴茎包皮顽固性水肿及阴茎勃起疼痛等并发症。阴茎长度由术前0.5～2.5cm增长到4～6cm,患者及其家长均感到满意。所有切除标本均送病理活检,发现均有异常纤维组织,其中,2例含有脂肪组织。结论改良Devine手术,术后效果好,无并发症,是一种治疗隐匿性阴茎的理想术式。
Objective To observe the effect of modified Devine technique in the treatment of occult penis. Methods The group of 18 patients, aged 8 to 14 years, were modified Devine surgery. Results 18 cases of incision healed. All patients were followed up. The penis was revealed satisfactorily on the day and 3 months after operation. The foreskin was turned upside down, without stenosis ring, penis head exposed, intractable edema without penile foreskin and penile erection pain. Penis length from preoperative 0.5 ~ 2.5cm increased to 4 ~ 6cm, patients and their parents are satisfied. All resected specimens were sent biopsy and found abnormal fibrous tissue, of which 2 cases contained adipose tissue. Conclusion Improved Devine surgery, postoperative effect is good, no complications, is an ideal surgical treatment of occult penis.
