业已证明,在热加工过程中,起因于磨粒和粘附的磨损是模具使用寿命中的一种重要的限制因素。本文研究了几种不同表面硬化堆焊层的耐磨性。使用能够在热加工条件试验的磨损试验机进行了实验室磨损试验。将实验室试验结果与生产过程中得到的结果作了比较。并在这些结果的基础上,就不同堆焊材料对热成形模具使用寿命的影响进行了讨论。
It has been proven that during hot working, the wear due to abrasive particles and adhesion is an important limiting factor in the service life of the mold. This article studies the wear resistance of several different hardfacing layers. Laboratory abrasion tests were performed using a wear tester capable of undergoing thermal processing conditions. The laboratory test results and the results obtained in the production process were compared. On the basis of these results, the effects of different surfacing materials on the service life of thermoformed molds are discussed.
