迁移管是离子迁移谱仪的核心部件,性能优劣直接影响仪器的好坏。分辨率和灵敏度是迁移管的重要性能指标,受到迁移管多个结构参数的影响。为了研究不同结构参数对迁移管性能的影响,为迁移管的设计优化提供指导,根据迁移管分辨率和灵敏度的理论,应用SIMION/SDS多物理场仿真方法对迁移区电场强度、离子门脉冲宽度、迁移管长度等因素进行了仿真研究。根据仿真结果,得到了上述因素对迁移管性能的影响趋势,得出了最优的参数设计。
Migration tube is the core component of ion mobility spectrometer, the performance of a direct impact on the quality of the instrument. Resolution and sensitivity are important performance indicators for the transfer tube and are affected by several structural parameters of the transfer tube. In order to study the influence of different structural parameters on the performance of the transfer tube, this paper provides guidance for the design and optimization of the transfer tube. According to the theory of resolution and sensitivity of the transfer tube, the SIMION / SDS multiphysics simulation method is used to simulate the electric field intensity, ion gate pulse width , Transfer tube length and other factors were simulated. According to the simulation results, the influence trend of the above factors on the performance of the transfer tube is obtained, and the optimal parameter design is obtained.
