目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中5种卤代烃的吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱法。方法应用吹扫捕集技术,对生活饮用水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯和三溴甲烷5种卤代烃进行气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析。结果 5种卤代烃在4 min内分析完成,方法的最低检出浓度为0.18~0.23μg/L,最低定量浓度为0.59~0.76μg/L,水样加标回收率为90.3%~107.4%,RSD%为2.3%~3.3%。结论该法简单、准确,灵敏度和精密度高,可应用于测定生活饮用水中5种卤代烃。
Objective To establish a simultaneous purge and trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for simultaneous determination of five halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis was performed on five halocarbons of trichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene, tetrachlorethylene and tribromomethane in drinking water by using purge and trap technology. Results The five kinds of halohydrocarbons were analyzed in 4 min. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.18-0.23 μg / L, the lowest concentration was 0.59-0.76 μg / L, the recoveries were 90.3% -107.4% , RSD% is 2.3% ~ 3.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and precise and can be applied to the determination of five halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.
