青龙满族自治县三间房乡黑沟村王余昌,在果树研究所宋兆兴老师的指导下,经过几年试验研究,成功地总结出苹果科学贮藏经验。方法简便、节能、投资少、设备简单、保鲜率高,保存时间可达七、八个月。该法还可用于蔬菜、鸡蛋、食品、猪肉等保鲜。他从1988年起,连续三年共贮2950件,保鲜率达98％,创经济效益3.72万元。在他带动下,全村已有24户农民按该法贮果收到很好的效果,方法如下:
