当前,职工劳动积极性不高,已成为不少企业急需解决的突出问题。如何调动职工的劳动积极性,已成为当前企业思想政治工作的一项紧迫任务。这两年,我们遵循马克思主义群众观点,领导干部把职工放在心上,从而密切了党群关系和干群关系,使企业出现上下一心,稳定发展的可喜局面。领导干部牢固树立群众至尊观念“一个掌握十分权力的企业领导人,只要他拿出十分之一的权力去谋取私利,这个企业的效益就近于或等于零。”这是我们从实践中悟出的一个道理,同时,我们也认识到领导干部做到廉洁奉公是调动职工积极性的突破口。我们曾对本厂60名职工(涉及厂级领导、中层干部、党员、班组长、技术人员、一线工人等层次)作过关于职工积极性现状的问卷调查,认为积极性高的只1人,认为一般的有32人,认为低的有27人。调查结果表明:在相当一部分职工心目中,过去那种
At present, workers’ enthusiasm for work is not high and it has become a prominent issue urgently needed by many enterprises. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of workers has become an urgent task for the current ideological and political work in enterprises. In the past two years, following the Marxist viewpoint of the masses and leading cadres to mind their workers, we have closely linked the relations between the party and the masses and the relationship between the cadres and the masses so that the enterprises can enjoy the gratifying situation of being one with both the heart and one mind and with steady development.
