义乌市位于浙江省中部,是全球最大的小商品集散中心。随着市场经济的发展,流动人口日益增多,其中有不少是来自全球高疟区人群。为了解义乌市疟疾流行状况,我们对2014年义乌市的疟疾监测资料进行了分析,以便为本地区疟疾的监测和防治工作提供依据。1对象与方法1.1资料来源资料来源于2014年义乌市医疗机构临床初诊为疟疾、疑似疟疾和不明原因发热者(三热病人)的血检结果,以及对疟疾患者的个案流行病学调查。
Yiwu City is located in the middle of Zhejiang Province, is the world’s largest commodity distribution center. With the development of market economy, the floating population is increasing day by day. Many of them are from the high malaria area in the world. To understand the epidemic situation of malaria in Yiwu City, we analyzed the malaria surveillance data of Yiwu City in 2014 in order to provide the basis for malaria surveillance and prevention in this area. 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Sources of information Source of data The blood tests of malaria patients, suspected malaria patients and unexplained fever patients (tri-heat patients) clinically newly diagnosed in Yiwu City in 2014 and a case-by-case epidemiological survey of malaria patients.
