我身体以前很健康,但这些年来长年坐办公室,加之恋上了烟酒,不好运动,导致身体虚胖,一口气爬楼梯上5楼便气喘吁吁,心悸腿酸,健康成了问题。前年体检,虽未查出大病,但医生警告说:“如果照你现在的生活方式继续下去,高血压、心脏病、脂肪肝之类疾病都将与你结缘,一定要多运动… “生命在于运动”这个道理我懂,但人到中年,工作、家庭的担子都很重,专门抽时间锻炼确有困难,该如何解决这个矛盾呢?
