目的:观察扶正健脾中药对接受介入治疗后肝癌患者疗效的影响。方法:63例肝癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组33例,经肝动脉插管灌注化疗药物及栓塞剂并联合应用扶正健脾中药方剂口服;对照组30例,单纯应用肝动脉灌注及栓塞治疗。结果:治疗组有效率(PR+CR)及卡氏评分优于对照组(P<0.05),毒副反应的发生率较对照组减少;两组外周血WBC及血清AFP值差异均有显著性。结论:介入疗法配合中药可提高肝癌治疗效果,明显改善患者生活质量。 Objective: To observe the effect of Fuzheng Jianpi Chinese herbal medicine on the curative effect of liver cancer patients undergoing interventional therapy. Methods: Sixty-three patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group consisted of 33 patients. The chemotherapeutic agents and embolization agents were given via the hepatic artery and orally combined with the prescription of Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction. The control group of 30 patients were treated with hepatic artery perfusion and embolization treatment. Results: The PR + CR and Karnofsky scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the incidence of toxic and side effects was lower than that of the control group. The differences of WBC and serum AFP between the two groups were significant . Conclusion: Interventional therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the therapeutic effect of liver cancer and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
