对2015年8月至2016年5月份诊断的AITD274例与其它甲状腺疾病398例,分为AITP组与NAITP组。分别检测MS各指标及TPOAb、TGAb、TSH、FT3、FT4等。结果:(1)甲状腺疾病共672例,AITB:NAITD组比为40.77:59.23;AITD组女:男为19∶255,平均年龄为39.57±12.58;(2)MS及各组分:超重、高血糖、高血压、血脂紊乱、高尿酸、血高凝、肝损伤、尿蛋白的发生率,均AITD组高于NAITP组(P<0.01);(3)AITD组MS及其各组分发生率,依次为甲减期高于正常期高于甲亢期;(4)AITD甲亢期MS及其各组分高于Graves病组。结论:AITD与MS发生率成正相关,也提示TSH与MS发生成正相关。
Between August 2015 and May 2016, there were 274 cases of AITD and 398 cases of other thyroid diseases, which were divided into AITP group and NAITP group. MS indicators were detected and TPOAb, TGAb, TSH, FT3, FT4 and so on. (3) The incidence of MS and its components in AITD group , Followed by hypothyroidism is higher than normal hyperthyroidism period; (4) AITD hyperthyroidism MS and its components higher than Graves disease group. Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between AITD and the incidence of MS, which also suggests that TSH is positively correlated with the occurrence of MS.
