八五○农場六分場第三生产队是个紅旗队,夏锄結束时总場在他們那里开現場会宣揚了他們的經驗。这个队最突出的,一是思想領导強;二是干部带头作用好。你看:他們是那里有思想問題,那里有政治工作,对群众如此,对支委会內部人員也是如此。經常在告方面贯彻两条道路的斗爭。你再看:群众在冰冷的河水面前犹豫不决的时候,队长先跳下水去;割树条定不出指标时,干部先下手示范,大大超出“怀疑論者”的預想。其它如經常向群众交底、有了任务算細賬、发动竞赛,运用典型等,他們都有較好的一套。三队的經驗值得农場各級領导效法,这篇文章值得所有干部一讀。
