目的:探析供应室腔镜器械清洗消毒操作中应用PDCA循环管理模式的效果.方法:于2020年6月至2020年12月期间的腔镜器械共计80件作为对照组,均采用常规清洗消毒方式;于2020年1月至2021年6月期间的腔镜器械共计80件作为观察组,采用PDCA循环进行清洗、消毒等步骤管理,对比两组清洗、消毒、包装的合格率,评估两组工作质量.结果:观察组清洗、消毒、包装合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在器械管理、清洗消毒质量、环境管理质量三项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:供应室腔镜器械清洗消毒管理中“,”Objective: To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management mode in cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic instruments in supply room. Methods: From June 2020 to December 2020, a total of 80 endoscopic instruments were used as the control group, and all of them were cleaned and disinfected by conventional methods. A total of 80 endoscopic instruments from January 2020 to June 2021 were used as the observation group. The cleaning, disinfection and other steps were managed by PDCA cycle. The qualified rate of cleaning, disinfection and packaging of the two groups was compared and the working quality of the two groups was evaluated. Results: The qualification rate of cleaning, disinfection and packaging in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The scores of instrument management, cleaning and disinfection quality and environmental management quality in observation group were all higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA cycle mode in the cleaning and disinfection management of endoscopic instruments in supply room can improve the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of instruments and improve the quality of work significantly.
