为了解翘鳞肉齿菌[Sarcodon imbricatus(L.ex Fr.)Karst.]子实体内生菌的多样性,以西藏、吉林的新鲜野生翘鳞肉齿菌子实体为材料,采用可培养方法分离并鉴定其中的内生细菌与真菌.共从中分离出52株细菌、26株真菌.鉴定结果显示,所有内生细菌分别隶属于变形菌门(Proteobacteria)及厚壁菌门(Firmicutes),变形菌门占96.2%,处绝对优势.其中伯克氏菌属(Burkholderia)最多,占40.4%,假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)次之,占23.1%.26株真菌共分为14个属,Phaeomoniella最多,占26.9%,隐球菌属(Cryptococcus)其次,占11.5%.从菌柄及菌盖中分离的细菌、真菌种类及数量均有差异.本研究分离的这些菌株具有很大的潜在利用价值,可为筛选具有特殊功效的菌株提供新的材料来源,同时也可为探索外生菌根菌与共生植物之间的物质交换与菌根合成打下基础.图2表1参30
In order to understand the diversity of endophytes in fruiting bodies of Sarcodon imbricatus (L.ex Fr.) Karst.
