以白皎煤矿23采区回风上山为工程背景,研究了高冒区围岩破坏特征和冒垮机理,应用马格尼628煤岩加固材料对超前冒高空洞和冒垮碎石带进行了注浆封堵和胶结加固。结果表明:高冒区破碎围岩物理力学特性获得改善,冒落空洞坍塌和扩大得到抑制,实现了巷道的可靠支护和安全维修。
Taking Baijiao Coal Mine 23 mining area back to the mountain as the engineering background, the failure characteristics and the collapse mechanism of the surrounding rock in the high-rise area were studied, and the magma 628 coal and rock reinforcement materials were used to advance the high-altitude and the broken belt Grouting plugging and cementing reinforcement. The results show that the physical and mechanical properties of the crushed surrounding rock in high riser area are improved, the collapsing and expanding of the risking hole are suppressed, and the reliable support and safety maintenance of the tunnel are realized.
