焊接式三通支管与母管相贯部位的残余应力分布情况是研究者关注的主要问题。首先选定焊接接头方式,建立筒体的有限元模型,通过固定方式确定施加的边界约束条件,划分网格后定义数组利用*do循环命令实现焊缝单元的动态加载,对等效应力分布云图和三条关键路径上的等效应力分布曲线进行比较分析,得到在筒壁上施加约束时残余应力的分布比较合理。分析结果找到了减小筒体焊接变形的有效固定方法。该研究可为大型厚壁焊接三通的设计、制造及焊接工艺的改进提供参考。
The distribution of the residual stress of the welded three-way branch pipe and the mother pipe is the main concern of the researchers. Firstly, the welding joint method is selected, the finite element model of the cylinder is established, the boundary constraints imposed by the fixing method are determined, the array is defined after the grid is divided, and * do loop command is used to realize the dynamic loading of the weld joint unit. And the three key paths of the equivalent stress distribution curve were compared and analyzed. The distribution of residual stress was reasonable when the constraint was imposed on the tube wall. The results of the analysis have found an effective way to reduce the welding deformation of the cylinder. The research can provide reference for the design, manufacture and improvement of welding process of large thick-wall welding tee.
