目的:研究黄连解毒汤(Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,HJD)拮抗脑梗塞急性期大鼠胃黏膜损害的超微结构改变。方法:采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉闭塞局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,将所有大鼠分为6组:正常对照组、假手术组、脑梗塞组、西咪替丁组、HJD高剂量(10.78g/kg)组、HJD低剂量(5.39g/kg)组,观察大鼠行为学改变,每日1次连续灌胃4天后处死大鼠,分离胃组织进行电镜观察。结果:与正常对照组及假手术组相比,脑梗塞大鼠的胃黏膜结构出现明显的组织破坏,HJD与西米替丁均能减轻上述组织破坏,且HJD的疗效优于西米替丁(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 HJD能够部分拮抗急性脑梗塞导致的胃黏膜损害。
Objective: To investigate the ultrastructural changes of gastric mucosal injury induced by Huanglian Jiedu Decoction (HJD) in acute stage of cerebral infarction. Methods: The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) focal cerebral ischemia rat model was established by thread occlusion. All rats were divided into 6 groups: normal control group, sham operation group, cerebral infarction group, cimetidine group, HJD high (10.78g / kg) and HJD low dose (5.39g / kg). The rats were sacrificed 4 days after continuous gavage once daily for 4 days. The gastric tissues were separated for electron microscopy. Results: Compared with the normal control group and the sham operation group, the gastric mucosa structure of the cerebral infarction rats showed obvious tissue destruction. Both HJD and cimetidine could reduce the damage of the above tissue, and the efficacy of HJD was better than that of cimetidine (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion HJD can partially antagonize the gastric mucosal damage caused by acute cerebral infarction.
