司法裁判权外部监督是指司法系统以外的组织和个人对它的监督控制。它是整个监督机制的重要组成部分。在此过程中,人大、党委政法委、媒体、公众等外部监督主体根据各自所享有的职能发挥各自的监督作用。目前,它们存在的一些不足之处亟待改进。各监督主体是整个监督机制中不可或缺的组成部分,明确各自的职能权限及相互之间的作用关系极为重要。
External supervision of judicial jurisdiction refers to the supervisory control of organizations and individuals outside the judicial system. It is an important part of the overall oversight mechanism. In the process, the external supervision bodies such as the NPC, Party Committee and Political Committee, the media and the public play their respective supervisory roles according to their respective functions. At present, some of their shortcomings need improvement. The main body of supervision is an indispensable part of the overall supervision mechanism. It is very important to clarify the respective functions and powers and their mutual roles.
