《铁路工务规则》第134条规定:“运营中的桥梁,桥上线路中心线与梁跨中线的偏差,钢梁达50毫米,圬工梁达70毫米时,应检算梁的受力情况”。我们在旧桥检定中遇到很多这样的问题,但如何检算?没有见到现成的方法,为了比较确切地反映梁的受力状态,笔者在学习铁路桥梁检定规范的基础上,推导了以下计算办法,由本办法计算出偏心影响系数后,代入铁路桥梁检定规范有关公式求出承载系数,即可判断梁的承载能力。
