一、前言我厂催化裂化装置再生器至三级旋风分离器的大直径、高温介质热补偿管系运行二年多后,发现80多条裂纹,其中贯穿裂纹占90%,最长达500mm,当时离装置计划停工检修仅有6个多月,能否继续运行?安全性如何?该管系是修复,还是更新?必须在正常运行中鉴定和回答。本文根据取得的数据,应用断裂力学进行分析后,认为多数裂纹系应力腐蚀扩展所致;环向、径向贯穿裂纹还会继续产生;己贯穿的裂纹还将继续扩展,扩展速率(da)/(dt)需进一步观察和判定,使用中危险性是存在的,必须加强监督和控制。
