高速涡轮牙钻是利用压缩空气推动微型涡轮高速旋转,带动牙钻完成钻、磨、铣、削等功能的新型齿科设备,构造精密,转速极高,如使用保养不当,很易损坏。正确掌握使用方法和加强日常保养对正常发挥机器性能和延长使用寿命关系甚大。现以北京手术器械厂生产的YK-4型高速涡轮牙钻为例,对高速涡轮牙钻的基本结构、维护保养以及常见故障的处理作一简述。一、结构原理 YK-4型涡轮牙钻主要由控制箱、脚踏开关和手机等组成。控制箱内含有电路、气路及水路系统。其气路及水路系统的结构原理见图1,由空气压缩机1产生的压缩空气通过蛇形冷却管进入储气罐4,储气罐内设有过滤芯2。冷却和净化后
High-speed turbo dental drill uses compressed air to drive the micro-turbine to rotate at a high speed, which drives the dental drill to complete the drilling, grinding, milling, cutting and other functions of the new dental equipment. Taking the YK-4 high-speed turbine dental drill produced by the Beijing Surgical Instrument Factory as an example, the basic structure, maintenance, and handling of common faults of high-speed turbine dental drills will be briefly described.
