目的验证和比较采用儿科哮喘、诊断、治疗、管理、教育软件管理哮喘患儿与采用传统的病历管理哮喘患儿所产生的结果和效益。方法选择2006年1~8月来我院儿科哮喘门诊就诊的患儿,将其进行编号,按单双号分组,各100人,分别采用电脑管理和传统管理的方法进行管理和指导,并将哮喘治疗中经常遇到的12个问题编写成1张答卷,由两组患儿同时答题,观察其结果。结果两组比较:采用电脑软件进行管理的患儿对哮喘知识的了解明显好于传统组。12个问题回答正确率均高于传统组。P<~0·05。结论采用电脑软件对患儿进行管理,由于其直观明了,可信性、可依性较强,可使患儿对哮喘知识有一个全面的了解,有利于儿科哮喘的治疗。
Objective To verify and compare the outcomes and benefits of using pediatric asthma, diagnosis, treatment, management, and educational software to manage asthma in children with traditional medical history management of asthma. Methods From January to August 2006, children with pediatric asthma clinics in our hospital were selected and numbered according to the single and double numbers. Each group consisted of 100 people, which were respectively managed and instructed by computer management and traditional management. Twelve questions frequently encountered in the treatment of asthma were compiled into one questionnaire, and the answers were taken by both groups to observe the results. Results Comparison of two groups: Children who were managed with computer software had significantly better knowledge of asthma than the traditional group. The correct rate of answering 12 questions was higher than that of the traditional group. P <~ 0 · 05. Conclusion The use of computer software to manage children, because of its intuitive, reliable, dependability, can make children have a comprehensive understanding of asthma knowledge, is conducive to the treatment of pediatric asthma.
