海冰与海上结构物相互作用所产生的冰激振动可以引起结构物的疲劳失效,给海洋结构物带来严重危害。为此提出了疲劳环境、疲劳工况及疲劳子工况三个新概念,并结合冰区特点,给出了它们的定义与定量描述方法,进而提出了计算疲劳等效应力及预测疲劳寿命的新方法。该方法已编成计算软件,可用于海上结构物的设计及服役期内安全可靠性评估。
The ice-induced vibration caused by the interaction between sea ice and the offshore structure can cause fatigue failure of the structure and cause serious damage to the marine structure. For this reason, three new concepts of fatigue environment, fatigue conditions and fatigue sub-working conditions are put forward, and their definition and quantitative description methods are given in combination with the characteristics of ice region. Then the methods of calculating fatigue equivalent stress and predicting fatigue life new method. The method has been compiled into calculation software for the design of offshore structures and the assessment of safety and reliability during service.
