外经贸分公司作为云南电网公司实施“走出去”战略的窗口和平台,在电网公司的正确领导下,认真贯彻落实南网方略,积极实施“走出去”战略,对越送电和境外电源开发等经贸合作项目取得新突破。2006年实现对越送电量7．61亿千瓦时,实现3322．61万美元的销售收入,出口退税2133万元。完成了省公司年初下达的6．54亿千瓦时的对越送电计划和云南省政府下达的1497万美元外贸进出口指标。
