本文针对被学界和业界广为关注的企业经营者的激励约束问题,从外部市场有效的视角搭建研究平台,通过梳理前人的研究成果,构建了企业经营者的市场激励与约束作用模型,分析了产品和服务市场、职业经理人市场和资本市场影响企业经营者行为的作用机理,最后讨论了体现市场功能的引入机制、评价机制和退出机制的运作逻辑。
This essay aims at the motivation and restriction of the managers who are paid close attention to by the academia and the industry. It builds the research platform from the perspective of the effective external market. By combing the previous research results, this paper constructs a model of the market incentive and restraint for the managers. Finally, it discusses the operational logic of the introduction mechanism, evaluation mechanism and exit mechanism, which embody the market function, in the market of products and services, the market of professional managers and the capital market.
