条卷机是将纱条通过假拈机构、横动装置卷绕到筒子上.输出纱条上拈向改变的地方都有无拈区存在,而无拈区在退绕时比较容易产生粘卷现象.无拈区的长短与假拈机构所产生的假拈分布密切有关.本文导出了假拈分布和拈回数的理论计算公式,并讨论了假拈传动机构的结构参数对假拈分布的影响,为假拈传动机构的设计和结构参数的选择提供了理论根据.全文共分五个部分:(1)假拈计算的基本公式;(2)几种假拈喇叭头的传动机构;(3)T_2函数的推导;(4)拈回数R的计算,(5)实例.
