采用金相和透射电镜衍衬分析技术研究了 Fe- 6.5Si合金在 2 0 0℃温度下拉伸时的塑性变形行为。结果表明 ,在 2 0 0℃温度下拉伸时 ,该合金的 {1 1 0 }〈1 1 1〉滑移系开动 ,从而在合金中形成形变带。
The deformation behavior of Fe-6.5Si alloy when it is stretched at 200 ℃ has been studied by metallographic and transmission electron microscopy techniques. The results show that the {1 1 0} <1 1 1> slip system of the alloy starts to pull out when it is stretched at a temperature of 2000 ° C, forming a deformation zone in the alloy.
