本研究通过对35MnVN钢低温系列冲击韧性值测定,金相组织分析、断口形貌与二次裂纹扩展途径观察,初步揭示了其低温冲击韧性的变化规律及影响因素。结果表明:铁素体晶粒尺寸及相对量、原奥氏体晶粒大小、珠光体团尺寸对低温冲击韧性值有较大影响;铁素体晶粒尺寸为较敏感因素;温度降低,晶界有弱化趋势。本文还讨论了改善低温冲击韧性的途径。
In this study, the low temperature impact toughness of 35MnVN steel, metallographic analysis, fracture morphology and secondary crack propagation pathways were observed, initially revealed its low temperature impact toughness and its influencing factors. The results show that the grain size and relative amount of ferrite, the original austenite grain size and the size of pearlite group have a great effect on the impact toughness at low temperature. The grain size of ferrite is the more sensitive factor. The temperature decreases and the crystal There is a trend of weakening. This article also discusses ways to improve low temperature impact toughness.
