普通的涡轮分子泵采用电子变频电源或频率变换器,来提供涡轮分子泵的起动电源(频率发生器)和速度调节的保护控制。由于从几种设计中受到启发,研制了一种带有自动同步磁滞式电机的涡轮分子泵,用于核物理加速器或其它大型设备中。该电机不要求特殊专用电源。本文介绍了一种可以由中心电源操纵的涡轮分子泵,中心电源可以提供稳定电压和中频电源。该涡轮分子泵能够直接接在电源上,对于涡轮分子泵的广大用户来说,这样可以大幅度降低购价和安装费用。
Common turbopumps use an electronic variable frequency power supply or frequency converter to provide turbo pump start-up power (frequency generator) and speed regulation protection controls. Inspired by several designs, a turbomolecular pump with an automatic synchronous hysteresis motor was developed for use in nuclear physics accelerators or other large equipment. The motor does not require a special dedicated power supply. This article describes a turbomolecular pump that can be operated by a central power supply that provides a regulated voltage and an intermediate frequency power supply. The turbomolecular pump can be directly connected to the power supply, turbopump for the majority of users, this can significantly reduce the purchase price and installation costs.
