目的调查了解重载机车乘务员的疲劳情况。方法随机抽取现职重载机车乘务员141名,分别进行作业前和作业后的疲劳调查,主观感觉指标运用《疲劳自评量表》测试,心理物理指标测试用选择反应时、动视力、夜视力、深视力、闪光融合频率进行测试。结果重载机车乘务员作业后视觉运动延迟,思维与动作迟缓,选择反应时延长的人数达66.0%,闪光融合频率值下降的人数达46.1%,疲劳总分增加26.0%,且与乘务员年龄增加有关。结论重载机车乘务员作业后疲劳明显增加,建议延长作业后的休整时间,以保证行车安全。
Purpose To investigate the fatigue of overloaded locomotive flight attendants. Methods One hundred and fourteen locomotive crew members were randomly selected to carry out the fatigue investigation before and after operation. The subjective sensory indexes were tested by Fatigue Self-rating Scale (Fatigue Self-rating Scale), psycho-physical indicators with selective reaction, dynamic visual acuity, night vision, Deep visual acuity, flash fusion frequency test. Results After overworked, locomotive crew members delayed visual movement, delayed thinking and movements. The number of response time prolonged was 66.0%, that of flash fusion frequency was 46.1%, the total fatigue score was increased by 26.0% and was related to the age increase of flight attendants . Conclusion Overloaded heavy duty locomotive crew fatigue increased significantly after operation, it is recommended to extend the rest time after work in order to ensure traffic safety.
