选取均匀分布在水稻12条染色体上的120对SSR引物,对19份杂交水稻骨干恢复系进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,在所分析的120个位点中,多态性位点为69个,多态性位点百分率(P)为57.5%,每1个位点平均等位基因数(A)为4.84个,变幅为2~12个,平均多态性信息含量指数(PIC)为0.617。通过聚类,19个杂交水稻骨干恢复系可以划分到两个类群中,Ⅱ类恢复系材料间遗传距离较近,大多为恢复系明恢63的衍生系,初步表明在现有的骨干恢复系中,恢复系遗传基础相对比较狭窄。
120 pairs of SSR primers uniformly distributed on 12 chromosomes of rice were selected to analyze the genetic diversity of 19 restorer lines in hybrid rice.
