本文对马尾松毛虫质型多角体病毒(D.CPV)防治技术进行研究。室内个体、群体毒力测定表明:病毒包含体为2×10~5—2×10~8CPB/ml,校正死亡率均达82%以上,其浓度间致毒死亡率差异不显著。林间防治试验表明:林间致毒浓度为2×10~6CPB/ml时,校正死亡率70.7%,低于病毒加20%速灭杀丁(1∶2.5万倍液)死亡率88.5%的17.8%。温度平均低于18.4℃,幼虫总死亡率(73.5%—77.2%),温度平均在19—29℃之间的死亡率(82.7%—89.9%),病毒致死率相差不大。
In this paper, the prevention and treatment of Masson Dendrolimus punctatus polyhedrosis virus (D.CPV) was studied. The indoor individual and group virulence test showed that the virus inclusion body was 2 × 10 ~ 5-2 × 10 ~ 8CPB / ml, the corrected mortality reached more than 82%, and the difference of the lethal dose was not significant. The results showed that the corrected mortality was 70.7% when the toxic concentration was 2 × 10 ~ 6 CPB / ml in the forest, which was lower than the 88.5% mortality rate of the virus plus 20% carbamazepine (1: 25000 times) 17.8%. The average mortality rate of larvae (73.5% -77.2%) and average temperature of 19-29 ℃ (82.7% -89.9%) were lower than 18.4 ℃.
