笔者用流式细胞术(FCM)测定了48例腮腺肿瘤标本的DNA含量。结果为:腮腺恶性肿瘤的DNA指数(DI=1.322±0.176)和增殖指数(PI=28.90±7.53)均明显高于良性肿瘤的DI(1.036±0.065)和PI(22.43±6.23),P<0.01;而后者的PI又明显高于正常腮腺的PI(15.23±1.31),P<0.01。在良性腮腺肿瘤患者中,女性的DNA异倍体率(4/16)较男性(0/5)高(P<0.05);40岁以下患者的DNA异倍体率(3/8)较40岁以上组(1/13)高(P<0.01)。男性恶性肿瘤DNA异倍体率(100%)明显高于女性(81.82%),P<
