目的:研究枸骨叶中的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及硅胶薄层色谱等方法对枸骨叶中的化学成分进行分离,通过理化常数、质谱和核磁技术鉴定化合物。结果:从枸骨叶中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为2α-羟基-乌索酸(1),阿江榄仁酸(2),23-羟基-乌索酸(3),27-O-(Z)-香豆酰基-乌索酸(4),27-O-(E)-香豆酰基-乌索酸(5),积雪草酸(6)。结论:化合物1,2为首次从该属植物中分得到,化合物3~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Methods: Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and silica gel thin layer chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents from the leaves. The compounds were identified by physicochemical constants, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated and identified as 2α-hydroxy-ursolic acid (1), acentearic acid (2), 23-hydroxy-ursolic acid (Z) -coumaroyl ursolic acid (4), 27-O- (E) -coumaroyl ursolic acid (5), asiatic acid (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3 to 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
