针对102cm固态体积式真三维立体显示器的亮度要求,设计了基于UHP光源的四灯投影光源系统,并通过复眼均光系统实现均匀照明。仿真结果表明,光源系统总的光通量为50 009lm,为理论计算值的1.21倍,且光斑均匀性达到86%。完成102cm固态体积式真三维立体显示器的装配、测试,测得屏前静态全白场亮度138nit,图像立体感较强,无明显分层现象。仿真和样机测试结果均表明,设计满足102cm固态体积式真三维显示的亮度要求。
According to the brightness requirements of 102cm solid-state volumetric true 3D stereoscopic display, a four-lamp projection light source system based on UHP light source is designed and the uniform illumination is achieved through the compound eye homogenization system. The simulation results show that the total luminous flux of the light source system is 50 009lm, which is 1.21 times of the theoretical value, and the spot uniformity is 86%. Complete 102cm solid volumetric volume true three-dimensional display assembly, testing, measured before the screen static white light field brightness 138nit, strong sense of three-dimensional image, no obvious stratification. Simulation and prototype test results show that the design to meet the 102cm solid state volume three-dimensional display of the brightness requirements.
