中国联通科研中心办公楼顶层为预应力混凝土悬挂结构,结合工程特点与难点,根据现场实际情况及以往施工经验,提出了3种施工备选方案,即采用悬挑、落地架和悬挂钢结构平台作为施工操作面及荷载支撑平台,经对比分析,最终确定采用悬挑钢结构桁架平台,并详细介绍了悬挑钢桁架平台结合钢管支撑体系工艺技术、施工要点以及施工过程中的注意事项。通过工程的顺利实施,证明该施工技术安全可行。
The top floor of the office building of China Unicom Scientific Research Center is a prestressed concrete suspension structure. According to the project characteristics and difficulties, three construction options are proposed according to the actual situation on the site and the previous construction experience, that is, the cantilever, the floor frame and the suspended steel structure platform As the construction operation surface and the load supporting platform, the truss platform with cantilevered steel structure is finally determined through comparative analysis. The technology of the cantilevered steel truss platform combined with the steel pipe support system, the construction essentials and the precautions in the construction process are introduced in detail. Through the successful implementation of the project, it is proved that the construction technology is safe and feasible.
