湖北钉螺空间遗传信息管理系统的设计与构建

目的探讨基于空间分析基础上的湖北钉螺群体遗传变异,构建湖北钉螺空间分布和遗传信息数据库及其管理系统,为相关研究、信息管理和开发利用提供先进的方法和手段。方法采集现场钉螺样本,以逸蚴法鉴定阴性钉螺。利用Microsoft SQL2000建立采集点空间分布数据库、样本数据库和遗传信息数据库,用Visual Basic 6.0建立相应管理系统。结果完成现场钉螺收集,初步建立了10个省73个采集点的数据库,676个记录的样本数据库和部分遗传信息数据库,管理系统实现添加、查询、删除、统计和数据导出导入等功能,界面清晰,操作简便。结论建立的湖北钉螺空间遗传信息管理系统对湖北钉螺空间分布和群体遗传研究具有一定的应用价值,但还需进一步补充和完善相关数据。 Objective To explore population genetic variation of Oncomelania hupensis in Hubei based on spatial analysis and to construct a spatial distribution and genetic information database and its management system for Oncomelania hupensis in Hubei Province. It provides advanced methods and means for related research, information management and exploitation. Methods Snails were collected from the field and negative snails were identified by the method of metacercariae. Using Microsoft SQL2000 establish collection point spatial distribution database, sample database and genetic information database, with Visual Basic 6.0 to establish the appropriate management system. Results Oncomelania hupensis was collected on site and the database of 73 collection points, 676 sample databases and some genetic information databases in 10 provinces were initially established, and the functions of adding, inquiring, deleting, statistics and data exporting and importing were realized in the management system. The interface was clear , Easy to operate. Conclusion The established snail space genetic information management system has certain application value to the spatial distribution and population genetic research of Oncomelania snail in Hubei Province. However, it is necessary to further supplement and improve the relevant data.
