通过探讨人格特质对自我职业生涯管理的影响机制,并考察工作价值观的中介作用及金钱态度的调节作用,结果表明,工作价值观中介了宜人性、严谨性和开放性人格特质与新入职高职生自我职业生涯管理的正向关系;金钱态度在宜人性、严谨性、开放性人格特质和自我职业生涯管理之间具有显著的调节作用,它改变了宜人性、严谨性和开放性人格特质影响自我职业生涯管理的方向。
By investigating the influence of personality traits on self-career management and investigating the mediating role of work values and the regulatory role of monetary attitudes, the results show that the work values intervene the pleasantness, rigor and openness of personality traits with new vocational college students Self-career management; monetary attitudes have a significant accommodative effect on pleasantness, rigor, open personality traits and self-career management, which have changed the way in which self-esteem, rigor, and open personality traits affect the self Career management direction.
