目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿脑脊液(CSF)中内皮素-1(ET-1)水平与脑实质CT值之间的变化规律及其相关性。方法对32例HIE患儿采用放射免疫分析法测定CSF中ET-1水平;采用GE-2000型CT扫描机单纯头颅平扫,在CT诊断分度的同时测定脑实质CT值。结果CSF中ET-1水平HIE中、重度组显著高于对照组,重度组又显著高于轻度组,轻度组和对照组之间无显著差异。脑实质CT值HIE患儿轻、中、重度组均明显低于对照组。相关分析发现,CSF中ET-1水平与脑实质CT值之间呈负相关,其相关关系有显著意义。结论CSF中ET-1水平与脑实质CT值的测定对HIE病情分度同样具有重要的诊断价值,且ET-1检测更加简便、快速,既有利于研究HIE的发病机制,又可为评价HIE脑损伤程度提供客观依据
Objective To investigate the changes and relationship between endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels and brain CT value in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) Methods The level of ET-1 in CSF was determined by radioimmunoassay in 32 children with HIE. The CT value of brain parenchyma was determined at the same time of the diagnosis of CT by GE-2000 CT scanner. Results The level of ET-1 in CSF was significantly higher in HIE moderate and severe group than in control group, while it was significantly higher in severe group than in mild group. There was no significant difference between mild group and control group. The brain CT value of HIE mild, moderate and severe groups were significantly lower than the control group. Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between ET-1 level in CSF and brain CT value, and the correlation was significant. Conclusion The determination of ET-1 level and brain CT value in CSF also has important diagnostic value for the classification of HIE, and the detection of ET-1 is more simple and rapid. It is not only helpful to study the pathogenesis of HIE, but also to evaluate HIE The degree of brain damage provide an objective basis
