围绕不同形变温度与连铸态6082铝合金的组织以及时效后的合金硬度之间的关系,通过偏光显微组织分析、硬度测试对连铸态6082铝合金形变热处理进行了研究。结果表明,形变热处理可以有效改善连铸态6082铝合金的组织和性能。一定压下量的形变热处理试样经时效后的硬度要明显高于直接在相同温度固溶后时效的硬度。变形温度对其组织的影响不大,压下量对组织的影响较为明显,压下量越大,其组织的条带越窄。550℃高温变形后在170℃保温箱中时效8h,可使硬度有大幅度的提高。
Around the different deformation temperature and continuous casting of 6082 aluminum alloy and aging after the relationship between the hardness of the alloy by polarization microstructure analysis, hardness test 6082 aluminum alloy continuous casting heat treatment was studied. The results show that the deformation heat treatment can effectively improve the microstructure and properties of continuous casting 6082 aluminum alloy. The deformation of a certain amount of deformation after heat treatment of the sample after the hardness was significantly higher than the same temperature directly after solution aging hardness. Deformation temperature has little effect on the microstructure, the impact of the amount of reduction on the organization is more obvious, the greater the reduction, the narrower its band. 550 ℃ high temperature deformation in 170 ℃ incubator aging 8h, can have a substantial increase in hardness.
