针对当今很多企业的激励机制存在的一系列问题,如相当部分管理者管理意识落后,对企业建立激励机制的重要性后知后觉,物质激励与精神激励有失偏重,或者缺乏配套的激励考核依据等,本文提出有针对性的改进措施,如建立科学合理的薪酬体系、权衡物质激励与精神激励、建立公正的评估体系等等。
