随着我国经济体制逐步由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变,粗放型经济增长方。式所固有的、不利于国民经济发展的种种弊端,也日益显现出来。即企业仍以计划经济体制下的传统粗放型经营思想和方式进行经营,只重视物质资源的投资,轻视企业中最重要的因素──人的作用发挥和企业经营管理水平的提高。因此,企业强化管理,必须强化以“以人为本”为核心的企业软性管理。
With the gradual transformation of our economic system from a planned economy to a socialist market economy, a broad-based economic growth party.
