催化-流动注射分析法测定钒(Ⅴ)

由丹麦化学家鲁齐卡和汉森于1974年提出的分析新技术流动注射分析法具有分析速度快、重复性好、适应性广且节省试剂,易于实现分析自动化等优点,近年来已获得迅速的发展. 我们利用流动注射分析法和钒对溴酸钾与没食子酸反应的催化效应测定钒(V),对没食子酸-溴酸钾-钒(V)催化体系的流动注射分析方法的条件进行了研究. 1.实验方法由蠕动泵将载液R_1(含0.06M溴酸钾、0.04M邻苯二甲酸氢钾,pH3.0)和载液 The new analytical flow injection analysis method proposed by Danish chemists Ludicaca and Hansen in 1974 has the advantage of rapid analysis, good repeatability, wide adaptability, reagent saving and automation of analysis.
