作者采用荧光分光光度法对76例流行性出血热(EHF)患者血浆5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量进行了研究.结果表明,EHF患者发热期、低血压期及少尿期5-HT含量(分别为143.52±27.79μg/L,130.42±22.65μg/L及144.08±27.67μg/L)均明显低于正常(161.45±31.30μg/L).多尿期开始回升,恢复期则达正常水平.5-HT的动态变化与血小板数量变化密切相关,提示5-TT主要来源于血小板,它们的减少主要是参与EHF出血的止血过程而被消耗.作者认为5-HT的测定可作为病情估价的辅助指标.
The authors studied the plasma 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) content in 76 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) by fluorescence spectrophotometry.The results showed that the content of 5-HT in the period of fever, hypotension and oliguria in EHF patients (143.52 ± 27.79μg / L, 130.42 ± 22.65μg / L and 144.08 ± 27.67μg / L, respectively) were significantly lower than those of normal (161.45 ± 31.30μg / L) .The polyuria began to rise and the recovery reached the normal level The dynamic change of 5-HT is closely related to the change of platelet count, suggesting that 5-TT is mainly derived from platelets and their reduction is mainly due to their participation in the hemostasis process of EHF hemorrhage.
