取自云南红酒厂的酒精废醪液经固液分离后,在恒温30℃下,滤液分别采用批量发酵工艺和半连续工艺进行了厌氧发酵产沼气的实验。实验结果表明,发酵滞留时间为15d,原料产气率为0.23m3/kgCOD;24d后,批量发酵的产气量与COD降解间的关系为:245L/kgCODrem oved,COD降解率为85.24%;半连续发酵的产气量与COD降解间的关系为:285L/kgCODrem oved,COD降解率为69.79%.
After the alcohol waste mash liquor from Yunnan Winery was separated by solid-liquid separation, the biogas production by anaerobic fermentation was carried out by batch fermentation process and semi-continuous process respectively at a constant temperature of 30 ℃. The results showed that the fermentation residence time was 15d and the feed gas production rate was 0.23m3 / kgCOD. After 24 days, the relationship between gas production and COD degradation was as follows: 245L / kg CODmode, COD degradation rate was 85.24% Fermentation gas production and COD degradation between the relationship: 285L / kgCoderemved, COD degradation rate was 69.79%.
