通过平均调度优化确定发电权的初始分配状况;通过煤耗最少目标下的机组组合模型确定发电权交易的理想状态;通过对比按装机容量分配碳排放权以及按基准年发电量分配碳排放权两种情景下的最优发电权交易状况,分析碳排放权分配对发电权交易的影响。结果表明,适当向高能效机组倾斜的碳排放权分配方式有利于推动发电权交易的进行,进而提高大容量机组的利用效率。
Through the average scheduling optimization, the initial allocation of power generation rights is determined. The ideal combination of power generation transactions is determined by the unit combination model with the least coal consumption target.
