目的通过研究植物生长调节对药用植物川麦冬生长发育的影响,为川麦冬的规范化栽培提供理论依据。方法根据植物生长调节剂多效唑(PP333)、膨大素(CPPU)的施用量和施用方式设计随机区组试验,在果期处理川麦冬,考察其对川麦冬植株的株高、冠幅、分蘖数等农艺性状以及产量的影响。结果研究表明植物生长调节剂在一定程度上改变了川麦冬植株的农艺性状,且随着植物生长调节剂种类、施用量和施用方式的不同而影响不同;多效唑、膨大素对川麦冬块根的长度、直径及百粒重均有显著的提升作用;多效唑、膨大素能显著提高川麦冬产量,增产效率与剂量和施用方式有一定关系,其中多效唑与膨大素分段合用时效果最佳,增产可高达276.26%。结论植物生长调节剂对川麦冬生长发育有一定的影响,对其产量有显著促进作用,但关于植物生长调节剂在川麦冬植株和土壤中的残留以及对川麦冬药材质量的影响有待深入研究。
Objective To study the effect of plant growth regulation on the growth and development of medicinal plant Ophiopogon japonicus, and provide a theoretical basis for the standardized cultivation of Ophiopogon japonicus. Methods Randomized block experiments were designed based on the application rates of plant growth regulators PP333, CPPU and the application mode. Chuanmai winter was treated in the fruit-setting period, and its plant height, crown width, Tillers and other agronomic traits and the impact of yield. Results showed that plant growth regulators changed the agronomic traits of Ophiopogon japonicus to some extent, and had different effects with different plant growth regulators, application rates and application methods. Paclobutrazol, The results showed that paclobutrazol and bulimia could significantly increase the yield of Radix Chuanmai, and the efficiency of production was related to the dosage and the mode of application. The effect of paclobutrazol and bulky prime was the best , Yield can be as high as 276.26%. Conclusion Plant growth regulators have a certain influence on the growth and development of Chuanmai winter wheat, which can promote the yield of Chuanmai winter wheat. However, the effects of plant growth regulators on the growth of Chuanmai winter plant and soil and the quality of Radix Chuanmai are still to be determined. In-depth study.
