通过3定位点2年的连续田间试验,研究了不适用鲜烟叶添加腐熟剂后作为底肥直接施入土壤,对大白菜生长、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:与单施化肥相比,不适用鲜烟叶添加腐熟剂使大白菜产量提高14.00%,蛋白质和氨基酸总量分别提高9.03%和14.00%,维生素C含量提高52.94%,粗纤维含量下降26.09%;与等量不适用鲜烟叶直接施用相比,添加腐熟剂使大白菜产量提高2.80%,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸和维生素C含量分别显著增加19.85%、29.13%、10.46%、26.89%,粗纤维下降21.53%。
Through continuous field experiment of 3 locating points for 2 years, the effects of application of the maturity agent on the growth, yield and quality of Chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that compared with the single chemical fertilizers, the application of maturity improver to fresh tobacco leaves increased the yield of Chinese cabbage by 14.00%, the total protein and amino acid content by 9.03% and 14.00%, the vitamin C content by 52.94% and the crude fiber content by 26.09 %. Compared with the direct application of the same amount of fresh tobacco leaves, the content of lysine, methionine, isoleucine and vitamin C in Chinese cabbage increased by 2.80% and 19.85%, 29.13% and 10.46% , 26.89%, crude fiber decreased by 21.53%.
