目的:自体瘤苗治疗慢性粒细胞白血病,免疫指标变化及临床疗效观察。方法:选出对照组、治疗组10 例采用马利兰加瘤苗治疗,骨髓象、细胞、体液免疫、治疗效果及急性变等的对比观察。结果:治疗组应用瘤苗后血象降至正常,骨髓象基本正常,体液及细胞免疫学指标明显上升,与对照组对比有显著提高( P< 0 .01) ,随访生存良好(1～4 年) ,迄今无一例急性变。结论:自体瘤苗治疗关键在显著提高体液免疫功能,特别是免疫指标,开辟了安全可靠、防止急性变、延长生存期的新的治疗手段。
OBJECTIVE: To treat chronic myelogenous leukemia with autologous tumor vaccine, observe the change of immune index and observe the clinical curative effect. METHODS: Ten patients in the control group and the treatment group were treated with Mareligar tumor vaccine, and bone marrow imaging, cellular, humoral immunity, therapeutic effect, and acute change were observed. RESULTS: After treatment with the tumor vaccine, the treated group was reduced to normal blood, the bone marrow was almost normal, and the humoral and cellular immunological parameters were significantly increased. There was a significant increase compared with the control group (P < 0.01). The follow-up survived well (1 to 4 years). ), so far no case of acute change. Conclusion: The key to the treatment of autologous tumor vaccines is to significantly improve the humoral immune function, especially the immune index, and to open up new treatment methods that are safe and reliable, prevent acute changes, and prolong the survival period.
